Centum Investment Limited resigns from EVEREADY’s Board of Directors
Eveready has today announced the resignation from its Board of Centum Investment Limited (Centum).
Centum’s resignation was communicated to and accepted by the Board of Directors of Eveready at its Board meeting held today.
Mr. Mworia indicated to the board that the resignation of Centum was as a result of a re-evaluation of Centum’s investment portfolio.
As of the date hereof, Centum remains a shareholder of Eveready.
